Recruitment Incentive: Any swim team member who recruits a new swimmer who was not on the team the previous year would be given a $10 bonus "Sailfish Loot" certificate good for snacks at the "Sailfish Café". Any swim team member who recruits a 10-year-old or older will receive a $15 bonus. There is a maximum amount of $30 for the recruitment of a new family with more than one swimmer. The new swimmer will have to list the swim team member who recruited him or her on their registration form in order for that swimmer to receive the "loot". No limits are set on the maximum number of referrals, so this is a great incentive for swimmers to invite their friends on the team.
