We are thrilled to welcome back Adam as our head coach for his third season with the Coventry Sailfish. Adam has lots of experience coaching - He assistant coached the Kiln Creek Dolphins Summer League and had held the position as Head Coach with the Victory YMCA Barracudas. Adam swam for about 10 years in summer leagues at military bases around the world. Adam also swam all 4 years at Grafton High School. When Adam was asked what word best describes Summer Swim League - he said "FUN!" Phone: 812-9879

Rachel says, to be without a swimming pool is to have a summer without the sun shining. This summber will be Rachel's second season with the Sailfish and she is looking forward to seeing all of the returning swimmers and getting to know the new Sailfish! She started swimming competitively with Fort Eustis Dolphins when she was eleven. After that she swam on a USA Team in Niceville, Florida. She came back to the Peninsula in 2005, where she began training as a swim lesson instructor and worked her way up to the head coach at the Victory YMCA. She possesses the following certifications: USA Coaching Level 1, Principle of Swimming and Diving and Red Cross Life Guarding. Rachel can't wait to take a splash in the Coventry pool this summer.
